Cars on the grid prior to the start of the event (which is infamous for a fatal accident almost immediately) include:ERA, Alfa Romeo Monza, MG K3 and on the rows behind a Riley and Paul Delage V12 which went into the crowd killin spectators including designer Murray Jamieson
