Description

Victorian & Edwardian Horse Drawn Carriages. It shows the transition from that mode of conveyance to its motorised successor and how the term 'Horseless Carriage' would have applied so well in the early day's of the Motor Car. A delightful book of 143 pages with many early photos of the busy streets of London & elsewhere when the Horse & Hansom still ruled, but not for much longer. The book is good condition but the jacket is badly faded and worn at the edges etc.
