This book gives the most comprehensive account of British cars past and present ever published , from the Lanchester of 1895 to the models announced for 1974, presenting a vast account of information, historical as well as technical, in a way which will serve the needs of both the dedicated enthusiast and the more general reader. Nearly 700 manufacturers are covered: historical records are linked with tables of technical data for each model in series production, some 3700 in number and over 100 photographs.
The book itself is overall in a good condition with the exception of a birthday greeting on the first inside blank page however the jacket has areas of paper loss and very rough around the edges with numerous rips and repairs making it poor conditioned.
