Ferrari 500 Rudi Fischer Silverstone 1952

Ferrari 500 F2 car (chassis 188/f2) of Swiss privateer Rudi Fischer in the paddock at Silverstone for the 1952 Daily Express Trophy meeting. Fuscher placed 3rd in that seasons Swioss GP but otherwise was something of an also-ran, but with the very latest Ferrari customer car!~On the left you can see one of the Gordini team cars (Manzon's) and in the background is the old pits building, long vanished from the Silverstone skyline.
