Three amateur (postcard size approx) colour photos reprinted from original period photos of three Ferrari 512S sports racing cars in the paddock at Brands Hatch in England at the 1970 BOAC 1000kms world sports car championship race meeting. Quality is very much 'snaps' rather than profesional but the shots are interesting.
Car 1 is Jacky Ickx trundling his factory team car he shared with Jackie Oliver and Mario Andretti (the finished only 8th) through the paddock at Brands Hatch, car 3 is the team Fillipinetti car of Herbie Muller and Mike Parkes (the Ferrari factory test driver) which finished a lowly 13th and car 4 is the George Loos and Jonathon Williams car entered by Loos (a regular entrant of Porsche 917s in Interseries a few seasons later) which did not start due to not having enough wet weather tyres (the race was appallingly wet)!
Behind the Ickx car is the AutoDelta van, there to tend the factory Alfa Romeos T33 team cars.
