Ferrari Team 500's and Mechanics 1952 British GP paddock

The Ferrari team car of Taruffi (17) and Ascari (15) lined up next to the transporters with their mechanics either watching an aircraft or the fickle English weather!

The photo was taken at Silverstone during the 1952 British GP event. Car 15, with the great Alberto Ascari at the wheel, won the race and the first of two consecutive world ttle for the team.
