GOOD YEAR Eagle Tyre ashtray with glass bowl (1960s tread pattern?)

Original GOOD YEAR ashtray with miniture tyre around a glass bowl.
Bowl is plain glass and the tyre is of the old style (1960's?) EAGLE pattern which suggests this is at least 50 years old.
 

Looks old but is clean and bowl has no chips or cracks that I can see
