Originally published in three small volumes in the early '50's. This is the large single Volume which includes all additional or corrected information up to that time. Essential in every Motor Racing Enthusiasts Library is this, the Heritage & Tradition of British Motor Racing from its inception here in 1907 up to the outbreak of WW2. This mammoth book of 362 mlarge format, small'ish print, covers every possible aspect of the circuit, the results, the records & the special breed of Cars, not to mention the Drivers! that made this place such an institution of Motor Sport excellance. A superb work for which we are all grateful to Bill Boddy for spending so much of his time in producing & updating it, as new information comes to light. The book is in good condition as is the normally rather vaulnerable jacket It looks goof for it's age.
