7x5" 175x125mm) colour amateur action photo of the Radcliffe/Flux Lola T530 in qualifying for the Thundersports race at the inauguaral (and chaoctic) Birmingham Super Prix event in August 1986 - the race never ran because of a cloudburst which alted the feature F3000 race early and more or less ruined the whole event's future before it had realyy begun - The Super prix struggled on untill 1990 making a big loss for the organisers.

The Radcliffe car was one of three ex Paul Newman/Budweiser Team 1980 Can-Am cars imported by the team for the Thundersports series (HU5, HU7 and HU8 ) don't know which one this is but HU8 was wrecked in testing prior to this event so it's not that one!
