pilot/designer Eric Gordon England in one of the twin cockpits of the 1912 .Radley-England Waterplane no.1 ,powered by a three connected 7 cylinder radial Gnome engines driving a single pusher propeller, flying high iver Shoreham sea front ... however the plane was damaged when it hit a bouy and partly sunk. It was rebuilt , modified and with a different engine .
