pilot/designer Eric Gordon England and a lady who one assumes is his wife in the twin cockpits of the 1912 .Radley-England Waterplane no.1 powered by a three connected 7 cylinder radial Gombe engines driving a single pusher propeller.
The craft flew but was damaged when it hit a bouy while being tested off Shoreham and was rebuilt , modified and with a different engine to the one shown here.
