This is in fact two early books in one Volume. Originally published in the twenties. 'Ixion' was the pen name of one of the foremost motorcycling journalists of the period. He recalls his adventures and those of his many friends in the movement in the pioneer days of motor cycling when every journey was an adventure and every destination, merely a possibility. Approx 260 pages with a number of cartoons and period motor cycle advertising. The adventures cover 30 years and 300,000 miles and are a delightful 2 & sometimes 3 wheeled ride along memory lane. The book is fine, the jacket has some minor water staining along the lower edge and a little de-lamination going on . Priced to reflect this.
