Ray Keech posed with the 206mph WHITE TRIPLEX - a Reo truck chassis fitted with THREE (!) V12 Liberty aero engines driving direct to the rear axle.
The middle set of wheels are actually slaves on an axle that was slung under the car at rest to allow for the required 'reverse gear' which was achieved by butting them up against the actual rear wheels which were off the ground a little at this point and could make the car crawl backwards to qualify!
